Press F5 to create a savestate and F7 to load one.

If you enable Rewind in the options, you can press F6 to go back 1 second (up to 30 seconds total).

Savestates are not guaranteed to be compatible between versions. For example, a savestate created in 1.0.12 may not load in 1.0.13.
